Recruitment in 4 simple steps

Two horizontal and two vertical lines forming a corner

Black Piano takes on full responsibility for recruitment and delivers you candidates in no time at all. Here’s how our simple and speedy hiring process works…

Finding great candidates

Our remote recruiters first align with you on your role requirements, ensuring clarity on skills and experience required to fulfil your needs. Then our expert recruitment consultants get to work, utilising various channels to advertise and headhunt for the perfect candidate. We negotiate a fair and competitive salary with every candidate before putting forward to you, ensuring transparent pricing at all times.

Identifying the right skills

You select the candidates you wish to interview and tell us how you want to conduct the interview. This could be a video call, task-based or a pre-recorded set of questions. We then facilitate the process, coordinating diaries with all parties. We recommend a 2-step process where possible, keeping the duration between interviews as small as possible.

Making your choice

Once you’ve selected your chosen candidate, Black Piano makes an offer of permanent employment to the candidate. We hire remote talent dedicated to you and your business. We handle contracts and all the legal aspects of hiring, and we agree a start date with you and the candidate. Our remote recruiters work hard to keep the candidate warm during this period and we encourage you to meet regularly with the candidate on the run-up to the start date.

Ramp up to day one

A smooth onboarding requires great planning. You'll receive a thorough onboarding plan from Black Piano, helping you to prepare ahead of the candidate’s start date. On their first day with you, a member of our onboarding team will arrange a kick-off call and provide close support for two weeks. Don’t worry though, after this you’ll have our expert HR team to call on anytime.
